Stephen Windhaus is principal founder of Windhaus Associates with 22 years in small business development in the public, private, for-profit and non-profit sectors.

Ndaba Mdhlongwa conducts financial analysis on marketing and business planning projects. He is a two-time Olympian, five-time All-American and was the 1995 NCAA outdoor champion in the triple jump. Ndaba also participated in the 1992 (Barcelona) and 1996 (Atlanta) Olympic Games.

D. Kerry Jacoby provides financial analysis and projections on business planning projects.

  • Certified Business Analyst of 25 years in SBDC's.

  • B.S. in Business Administration from Towson State University, Kerry passed his CPA exam in Maryland in 1977, Kerry has provided tax preparation services for 23 years.

  • A full-time college accounting instructor from 1978 to 1983, Kerry was an instructor at Ealing College in London, England for a year under the Fullbright Teacher Exchange Program.

  • Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida and Maryland, with extensive personal investing experience.

 

Myra Windhaus is co-founder of Windhaus Associates. A native of Guantanamo,  Cuba, Myra  moved to the United States in 1961 due to that country's well documented change of government. She juggles various responsibilities as agency administrator, teacher in the local school district and mother of two.

  • B.A. in Elementary Education from Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago, IL.

  • 20 years teaching in private schools in Chicago and public school in Florida.

  • Agency administrator overseeing and directing all project timelines and client accounts, Myra is bilingual in English and Spanish.
